We all learn and we all grow through daily practices, the small improvements that we make with each step, each meal, each action. Often, we justify not taking care of ourselves by stating that we are too tired or busy or that we have "more important things to do". But what's more important than your health? It does not take much to make a big improvement. It's irrelevant about how great the impact in one shot but more so how consistent your practices and improvements are each day. IF you are not willing to dedicate time to your health and ensuring that you are taken care of, how can you expect to tend to those you hold close? Take the time, value yourself, understand that the world not just around you but within you is always changing and staying balanced is essential.
