"I take pride in understanding self-wellness and improvement because I have been through experiences that simply allow me to understand them in ways others could and would not. Many people overlook the importance of taking care of themselves whereas I have lived on both sides of the spectrum - putting others before me and putting myself before others. I've even tried both simultaneously. And I am certain many of you reading have as well.

I am one man simply doing what I can to improve daily. I'm useless to my children if not useful to myself. I am useless to my partner if not useful to myself. I am useless to myself...if not useful to myself.

Our day-to-day actions revolve around who we choose to be day in and day out - the everlasting battles we face, the battles between me and myself, and you...and you. So, I sincerely implore you all, anyone struggling with putting themselves first and doing their best to understand their circumstances better, to read through my blog posts. I hope that within these articles, you find answers, solace, resolve and most importantly some form of peace in whatever challenges you may be silently facing. Cheers."
